yellowHelper is an American owned company that offers websites and white hat search engine optimization.
Terms and Conditions Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items.

Ordering: All orders much be placed directly on this site or by telephone calls!

Our standard parcel carrier is UPS. Sorry we cannot ship to APO and other military locations or PO Boxes except with very special arrangements for large orders that are pre-paid with wire transfers only. We are not responsible for mis-directed shipments. All orders are shipped using address provided by customer and verified electronically using UPS Address Verification. If the shipping address cannot be verified using UPS, no Delivery Guarantee applies and customer assumes responsibility for mis-directed, returned, or lost packages and must re-pay S&H to receive the order again. If the package arrives at the wrong address that you provided and it is not returned by the receiver we are not responsible for the loss. Our shipment using UPS includes a $100 insurance from the carrier, beyond that insurance you are responsible for insuring the rest of the value of the package. We will add insurance to each package to assure there are no loses. Although insurance prices may change without notice, they will be $1.30 for the first $100 (after the first $100 courrier insurance) and $1 for each $100 or portion thereof.

Customer Service & Return policy:
All sales are final. Most of our prodiucts and services are custom made just for you and we invest a great deal in getting it made specifically for you, since we have to pay the services upfront we require you to pay us upfront as well because your products and/or services are being made or performed to order just for you. Your upfront payment is a full deposit on your product or service and once you pay for the product or service there are no returns and you are committed to purchasing the product or service. Should you reverse payment somehow, you will still be responsible for the full value of the product or service and we will seek legal means to recover our loses. If the product or service is shipped and it is damaged in transit to you and you report it within 2 business days as being damaged, we will apply for the insurance to cover the loss and we may require a letter from you and possible photo as well as the return to us of the damaged merchandize to show the insurance company. Also claims on the insurance may take as much as 21 days to get resolved. Since the shipment is FOB Miami, FLorida, USA, we are not responsible for any shipment lost or damage but will place the insurance claim for you!

We answer our email usually within 3-4 hours and certainly within 24 hours so emailing us may get your concerns addressed just as fast as calling! Please be patient, the rewards of your custom product or service will be well worth the wait!

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, Yellow Helper LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Yellow Helper LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, yellowHelper shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual product or service size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme closeups of the images.

Our normal operating hours are 8:00 AM to 5 PM ET M-F although we are usually in at other times and on the weekend; only these hours are officially enforced.

MONTHLY HOSTING SERVICE FEE
This only applies if your website is being hosted by yellowhelper.info Inc. There will be a $20 dollar monthly hosting service fee. This is to cover the hosting of your site and email accounts. As our member you can call us to make changes to your site. Upload images to your galleries or update text. Does not cover any new sections you might want to add or any new features. You may have your website hosted with other providers. This can be changed anytime you would like. You can transfer to our servers or transfered to another provider.

CANCELATION
To cancell your services with our company you can call our company and request a cancelation of service. We will imidiatietly stop the services. If your website is being hosted with us we will give you 2 weeks to move it to another server as it will stop working due to the cancellation.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Yellow Helper LLC or to products you purchase throughyellowHelper shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Miami, Florida, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate yellowHelper‘s intellectual property rights, Yellow Helper LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
